6-week plan to a better beach body

  • 18 x 30 minute sessions with your trainer followed by 30+ minutes cardio PLUS 1 group class per week over 6 weeks*

    *This package ends after 6 weeks from start time.

  • FREE specific nutrition plan for your goals  with ongoing advice on nutrition based on  goals, gender, age, activity levels.
  • FREE Weekly weigh-ins and bi-weekly body fat measurements
  • FREE use of cardio equipment in the studio (times and duration to be agreed with your trainer)



*For an additional €30 the above can be paid for in two instalments

    We will then work with you over the course of personal training sessions to change your body and bring about the agreed objectives with you. With 10s of 1000s of personal training hours being given by us in the past few years, we are proud that what we do has customers happy and they come back to us again and again. We also encourage you to use our cardio training machines and come in when you have time.
