Our 60 minute one to one personal training sessions package allows us to assess you and develop a training and nutrition plan for you. These sessions are designed for your age, gender, body composition and specific personal goals you have. We will then work with you over the course of personal training sessions to change your body and bring about the agreed objectives with you. Ideally we suggest that you do two 60 minute training sessions with us per week if you have the time. We also offer 30 minute personal training sessions and if you avail of these we suggest that you do at least 4 per week.
With 10s of 1000s of personal training hours being given by us in the past few years, we are proud that what we do has customers happy and they come back to us again and again. We also encourage you to use our cardio training machines and come in when you have time. When you sign up to our 60 minute sessions you also get access to our Facebook Group where we share recipes on simple meals that you can make.

Owner David Sisk has a degree in Psychology from UCD specialising in Sports Psychology, a Graduate Diploma Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Masters of Science in Sport and is a certified personal trainer.
Head trainer and nutritionist Vilma has a bachelors Degree in Sports Science, is a certified personal trainer, a certified exercise nutritionist and coach, and a certified group trainer in kettlebells, Spin, Vipr, and TRX
