Our 60 minute one to one personal training sessions package allows us to assess you and develop a nutrition plan based on your age, gender, body composition and specific personal goals you have. We will then work with you over the course of personal training sessions to change your body and bring about the agreed objectives with you. With 10s of 1000s of personal training hours being given by us in the past few years, we are proud that what we do has customers happy and they come back to us again and again. We also encourage you to use our cardio training machines and come in when you have time. When you sign up to out60 minute sessions you also get access to our Facebook Group where we share recipes on simple meals you can make.
